Professor Carlo Lorini’s recent Shakespearian studies

A unique workplace is one that encourages broadening academic knowledge and supports the development of one’s professional career. ISI Florence is all this – not only have I been pushed to aim at finding ways to improve my Italian language teaching skills for American students, but I have also found a breeding ground for my Shakespearian devotion. While teaching at the Institute, I pursued a Master’s on Shakespeare and Theatre at the Shakespeare Institute (University of Birmingham, UK). Both my colleagues and students encouraged me and this is why I would like to share the end result of my studies: the Graduation Ceremony at the Great Hall of the University of Birmingham on December 4, 2017.
My heartfelt gratitude goes to the ISI Florence community for their unequalled support.
