Congratulations on your decision to study abroad with ISI Florence!
Please first submit the application form below. You may return to your dashboard to submit the other forms at a later date, but it is advised that you submit them at your earliest convenience. Forms can always be updated by logging in, modifying your details, and then resubmitting.
As you complete your application, it is important to take the time to carefully read and complete all questions, follow the instructions provided, and review and sign all participation forms. This will ensure that your application is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner. The application process is an important part of preparing for your study abroad experience, and we are here to support you every step of the way. We look forward to reviewing your application and helping you embark on this exciting and transformative journey.
There is no fee to apply to the Institute. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the posted application deadline or until the selected program reaches capacity. After the deadline has passed, ISI Abroad can accept applications as space and visa timelines (if required) permit. Interested students should contact ISI Abroad at [email protected] and/or their home institution if the application deadline for their program has passed.
All students are required to sign the participation agreement which documents the terms and conditions of enrollment as part of the application process.
Home School Approval
All students are required to obtain any necessary approvals from their home school for studying abroad. This may include meeting with academic and study abroad advisors, as well as filling out required paperwork.
ISI Abroad will not issue acceptance to the program until they have received a reply from your home school that you have met all the admission requirements and completed all required application steps, or are not required to apply through your home school. For this reason, it is important that you ensure you are in communication with your home institution’s study abroad office.
Some ISI Abroad partners ask that we issue Conditional Acceptance to their students upon review of their ISI Abroad application. In these cases, it is important that you read the clause of your acceptance email regarding Conditional Acceptance as it will contain instructions as to what needs to be done to formalize your acceptance.
Confirmation of Acceptance
Students are notified via email from ISI Abroad and/or their home institution when their application is complete. Where applicable students will only receive an enrollment confirmation email upon receipt of deposits.
Students who apply to ISI Abroad programs through their home institution where a deposit is not required for confirmation of acceptance are still subject to and liable for fees associated with the Institute’s Payments, Cancellations, and Refund Policies once a written confirmation from their home school has been received by the Institute.
