F6 Firenze Summer
Architecture Program

May 15 – June 28, 2024

F6 FIRENZE

F6 Firenze is a six-week summer program specially designed for architecture students and consists of a design studio track (5/6 credits) or the elective course track. Students may choose one or two architecture courses for 3-6 credits.

Participants will unveil the centuries-old strata of Florence and other Italian cities that have merged the past and present while experiencing contemporary Florentine life as students of architecture. The six-week summer session will use sketching as a tool for mapping the architectural and urban development of Florence to interpret and understand its historical context. Studio participants will work closely with their professors with one-on-one sessions and collaborate with peers to develop a rich, diversified and inspirational portfolio.
