Last December 15th Luca Cottini (Professor of Italian Literature at Villanova University and creator of the “Italian Innovators” series)  and  Stefano Baldassarri (ISI Florence director and editor-in-chief of “Machiavelliana”, a new international journal published by Fabrizio Serra Editore) organized an online symposium on Machiavelli. The recording of that event is now available on Prof. Cottini’s “Italian Innovators” YouTube channel. In those 90 minutes the two organizers — together with their colleagues Christopher Celenza, William Connell, Marco De Luca, Katherine Robiadek, and Simone Testa —  discuss such topics as archival research, graphic novels,  historiography,  leadership, literature, philology, and Renaissance theater as they relate to the life, thought, and works of Niccolò Machiavelli.
