The second biennial Bridges Across Cultures conference, organized by ISI Florence, the Umbra Institute, and Washington & Jefferson College, took place in early July of 2015 at Palazzo Bargagli. The conference was coordinated by our Director Stefano Baldassarri, H.J. Manzari, Angela Tumini and Amparo Alpañés. About a hundred guests arrived from all over Europe and the Mediterranean, as well as Indonesia, Japan, Chile and the USA, to present and discuss papers covering all aspects of the Humanities and the Arts. The next Bridges conference will take place in June 2017: we look forward to your participation!
