Viola is from Certaldo, a town known for being the birthplace of the great poet Giovanni Boccaccio, as well as for its famous Certaldo onions.
She pursued a degree in Communication and later specialized in International Relations at the University of Siena, spending part of her studies in Leuven, in Belgium’s Flemish region. Before joining ISI Florence, Viola interned at the Honorary Consulate of Mexico in Florence and the Permanent Representation of Italy to the European Union in Brussels.
Viola has a passion for traveling and exploring new cultures, but what she values most is forming friendships around the world.
In her free time, she volunteers (focusing on social media), enjoys going to the gym, and is an avid fan of crime literature.
