On September 27, ISI Florence visited its sister program in Perugia, The Umbra Institute, that specializes in sustainability, food studies, archeology, and also offers a wide array of courses. The intent of the visit was to share best practices and collaborate on quality improvement across the board. ISI Florence team members Francesca Cellini (Student Services Assistant), Valentina Navarrini (Co-Curricular Activities Coordinator), and Rino Punzo (Assistant Director for Housing & Facility Management), met their Umbra colleagues and toured the facilities. During their visit, they discussed various topics, ranging from housing matters to activities offered to current students. It was a productive exchange of ideas and thoughts for potential future collaborations.
