For example, you applied with a U.S. passport but you are now a dual citizen and can travel to Italy with your E.U. passport without a visa. Passport Scan Legibility Requirements It is important that you submit a clear, unobstructed image of your passport. This image must include both the primary and signature pages of your passport, no additional pages are needed. You can click here to view an example.If you submit an unclear or a partially obstructed image, or if you have not appropriately signed your passport, our admissions team will contact you to request that you resubmit. Please note that you may need to reduce the size of your photo or PDF in order to submit through this form.
