Cost ranges from €50 (in-office visit) to €120 (house visit). These visits are usually covered by CISI and GeoBlue insurance. Others may require you to pay the visit cost upfront and afterward request reimbursement from the insurance company.

MedinAction is an on-demand, English-speaking medical service that delivers a qualified doctor to your home 24/7. Download their App, or visit their website to request a house visit, or schedule an online medical consultation. The chat feature on their App also allows you to communicate with a doctor for free to see if a house visit is necessary. Visits are covered by CISI insurance. Students with other insurance plans will need to contact their International Insurance Provider in advance to request the guarantee of payment. If the visit is needed urgently, you can pay upfront and request reimbursement from the insurance company afterward. Stop by the Health & Safety Office for any insurance-related assistance.
