Dublin, December 5-7, 2012: four hundred attendees from over fifty countries worldwide met for the first European Conference of the Forum on Education Abroad.
ISI Director, Prof. Antonio Artese, led the panel titled Envisioning New Models for Performing Arts Programs in Old Europe with Prof. Judith Glyde from University of Colorado at Boulder. Moving from a research of case studies of traditional programs available to performing arts students abroad, the panel analyzed strategies to re-invent creative and effective models that draw on the invaluable European cultural tradition. ISI’s participation is a remarkable acknowledgement of its active involvement in the cutting-edge debate on Education Abroad.
