Photovoltaic panels, recycled rain-water, the use of local materials and the accurate study of infrastructure and circulation: these are just a few of the eco-friendly design solutions adopted by the Fanello Urban Park in Orvieto. On March 30, ISI architecture students visited this construction site, built according to the needs of the surrounding landscape. The park was designed by the Achilli–Benucci Architecture and Engineering Firm in Orvieto. The visit was led by Prof. Achilli, and by Prof. Moreno, assistant to designer and project manager Paolo Benucci.
