ISI faculty member Gloria Marco-Munuera has recently published some of her artwork in FronteraD, an international digital magazine that encompasses contemporary narrative-journalism, science, technology, and art.
Gloria also recently participated in the International Small Photo Exhibition at the Genkan Gallery in Chiba (Japan) with her Ashes. Ashes is a series of photographs showing the facial prints of six human types. With this project she delved into the meaning of individual identity, which may or may not lie in the skin or its imprint. This young artist aims to bring respect to cultural diversity, while simultaneously highlighting individual identity within our common human heritage.
