New Addition to the ISI Family

Our first and most exciting news this summer is the prestigious addition to the ISI Florence university consortium of Rutgers University (New Jersey). On May 25, Rutgers representatives Carrie Wojenski (Senior Program Manager) and Gary Farney  (Chair, Dept. of History) visited both Palazzo Rucellai and Palazzo Bargagli, as well as some of the students’ apartments. They met with several members of the ISI Florence faculty, including Prof. Bianchi, who gave a PowerPoint presentation on her Classics Track, which should commence in 2013 when Rutgers students begin their time in Florence.
ISI would especially like to thank Stephen Reinert (Prof. of History and Dean of Rutgers Study Abroad) who was fundamental in the finalization of the memorandum. We look forward to welcoming Rutgers students in the near future.
