Institute Sponsored | Chianti Countryside Day Trip

Groups are divided according to students’ home universities | you will receive an email with details and information.

This day trip is offered free of charge to all students and is not to be missed: leaving Florence to breathe the Chianti countryside fresh air and visit a local winery. After touring the wine cellars and learning about wine and olive oil production methods, enjoy a traditional lunch together. After lunch, they stroll through fields and vineyards. This trip is always a favorite and a great way to get to know other students in the program.

Optional Day Trips | Pisa & Lucca
Sep 1 @ 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

During the first weeks we offer two different day trips at a very convenient price to encourage bonding and help you adapt to the new setting through an institute-guided trip.

Trips include the guided tour by an ISI Florence Faculty member, entrance tickets, and private bus.

Discover that Pisa has more to it that its Leaning Tower and treat yourself to a bike ride along (or rather, on top of) Lucca’s medieval city walls.
